Since we first opened on Etsy in March, 2021 (and since moved to Shopify), our shop terms and conditions have stayed the same. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We package every order with care. We cannot guarantee a delivery date, and are not responsible for lost packages. However, please don't hesitate to reach out if something happens!
